Placed frozen roll dough on cookie sheet in sets of two. All 24 will go on the sheet pan. Half for a 9 x 13 pan. Can also be done in large muffin tins. Two rolls per tin cup. {Can also make single layer of rolls. Adjust cooking time accordingly} > Spray saran wrap with nonstick spray and cover rolls. Let rise for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Until big and pliable. > Melt butter in one bowl, and mix brown sugar and cinnamon in second bowl. > Remove some of the raised rolls from pan and place on parchment paper to the side. Stretch one roll to long oval. Do it slowly so as not to break roll. Dip in butter and then cinnamon and sugar mixture. Lay upright on pan. Repeat with second roll, but lay sugar side touching the sugared side of the other stretched roll. > Pick up both stretched rolls and lightly stretch again. Gently tie in knot. Bring under-piece and tuck into the center (and under edge, so it won’t come out), and the other end tuck around the bottom. Lay on cookie sheet. Repeat. Will make 12 cinnamon rolls. > Re-cover with saran wrap. Let raise another 40-50 minutes. > Preheat oven to 350° > Remove Saran Wrap and place raised rolls in preheated oven. Bake for 23-28 minutes or until nice and golden brown. Make sure they are cooked through so they won’t be too doughy. > While baking, make frosting. > Place softened cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar in medium sized mixing bowl. Mix until nice and smooth and creamy. > When rolls are finished baking, let cool just a few minutes and then frost.
